WHAT WE DO

The Belize Flats Fishery Association (BFFA) works to protect and preserve Belize’s flats ecosystems through advocacy, education, research, and sustainable development. We represent guides, lodges, businesses, and communities across the country, uniting them under one voice to ensure the long-term health of our fisheries and coastal habitats. From policy advocacy and habitat protection to training programs and conservation initiatives, BFFA is dedicated to safeguarding the flats and supporting the people whose livelihoods depend on them.
